Good camps can still be the wrong fit
A camp might be well-run and still not match your player’s age, level, position, development need, or schedule. Fit matters more than the logo.
Questions to ask the organizer
Who is coaching? What level is the group? How are players grouped? How much individual feedback is included? What does a typical day look like? What should my player be able to do before attending?
Questions to ask yourself
Is this replacing needed rest? Is travel cost reasonable? Does my player need skill repetition, game reps, strength work, confidence, or a different team environment?
What good answers sound like
Good answers are specific. They explain the player fit, daily structure, coaching attention, and realistic outcome without promising recruiting magic.
