Fit matters more than the logo
A strong brand or famous coach does not guarantee value if the group is too easy, too advanced, too crowded, or not matched to your player’s position and needs.
Questions to ask
Ask the typical player level, group size, coach-to-player ratio, position-specific instruction, pace, contact level, and what feedback the player receives.
Red flags
Watch for one-size-fits-all marketing, huge groups, no position detail, unclear age bands, or a camp that promises exposure when the real need is development.
A better parent move
Match the camp to one current development priority. If the camp cannot explain that fit, keep looking or spend the money on targeted training.
